Fleur Dempsey

Fleur Dempsey (b. 1994, London) is a British artist whose practice explores materiality and transformation through painting and sculpture. Raised in Dorset, she graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins (2016) and is currently completing her Postgraduate Diploma at the Royal Academy Schools (2024).

Dempsey’s work engages with the fluidity of materials, capturing moments of transition and instability. Her recent exhibitions include Flow: Materiality in Motion at SET Kensington, London (2023), RA Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts, London (2023), Cement Garden at Asylum Studios, Suffolk (2023), and Premiums Interim 1 at the Royal Academy of Arts, London (2023).
